Building around the team’s working day
A specialist recruitment agency wanted to use Claude as a central place to work with candidate information and carry out everyday recruitment tasks. Halesia built an internal app that connected conversational requests with structured searches, interactive shortlists and editable review panels inside Claude.
The work focused on the agency's own operations: finding relevant candidates, reviewing their experience, preparing summaries and organising outreach. We translated those tasks into specific software actions, giving the team a practical way to move from a question to a reviewable result within the same conversation.
Finding and reviewing candidates
Recruiters could ask for candidates for a particular role or narrow a search by location, skills, experience, salary expectations and working arrangements. The app applied those criteria to structured candidate records and returned a shortlist with reasons for the ranking and points that needed further review.
Interactive views brought candidate details and role context into the conversation. Recruiters could compare the available information and use it to prepare a candidate summary, including experience, qualifications, notice period and salary expectations. The supporting evidence remained visible alongside the generated content.
Keeping communication under recruiter control
Halesia built a review workflow for candidate summaries and outreach drafts. Recruiters could inspect the text, edit it or request a new version before approving it. Drafts drew on the candidate, role and client records, helping keep the preparation process connected to the information already held by the agency.
Approval and sending were separate steps, with an explicit confirmation required for the send action. The app tracked draft versions and recorded activity, so changes and approvals formed part of a visible workflow. Recruiters retained responsibility for the content and the decision to contact a candidate.
From an idea to a working internal app
Halesia implemented the application logic, Claude connector and interactive views that made these workflows possible. Claude provided the conversational interface, while the software handled searches, records and controlled actions through defined inputs and outputs.
The completed demonstration used representative candidate and role data, with sending simulated so the workflow could be explored without contacting real people. It gave the agency a working example of how recruitment tasks could be brought together inside Claude, with the aim of reducing repetitive administration and giving recruiters more time for candidates and client relationships.
